Hello! I'm Ree and I've brought in Vlad Tepes, former Prince of Transylvania. He's on the Cetaganda side. I thought he'd be an interesting fit for the game with all his war/battle experience, with the added bonus of depowering him after living so long with all those fancy abilities. If anyone wants to know more about him, doesn't mind canon spoilers, or wants to opt-out of anything, I've added those links below. He'll still have his bloodlust, thought it's more of a mental thing versus something his body actually needs.
