Toska, you big idiot. Colin stares down at the way the taller man has his hand and heaves out an exasperated sigh. That's a good emotion. It's better than the constant fear he has to struggle to push down at literally every waking moment here. He's scared and he wasn't made for any of this and he doesn't know what he's doing or how to go home, but at least he has.. whatever this is. This stupid, scary troll that.. wants to be his friend for some reason.

"Yes, well," he says primly, and frees his hand, reaching to grasp the other one instead. "We want to keep them from any distressing notions about monsters and the like. They already give you looks of extreme displeasure, you know." He turns, then, using his grip on the troll's hand to urge him to follow. He's not sure where they're going--back to the camp, maybe?--but he wants to be gone before any children come back to show their parents the scary person in the snow.

Beneath his heavy coat, skinny shoulders hunch up. "You're strange and overly friendly and terrifying, you eat people, and I'm still a little upset about you and your friend getting me and my friends into all that nonsense in the first place, but.." He trails off, then huffs. "I don't want anything bad to happen to you, either, I suppose."
