"It's called hypothermia." He settles back and folds his arms, eyeing Tarn critically. "You actually have a bunch of the symptoms. Clumsiness, shivering, poor decision-making... If you get cold enough, eventually your organs will just start to turn to ice and die. Just working slower, and slower... eventually your fuel pump will fail and you'll suffocate to death in the snow. You're in luck, though--apparently it's a much nicer way to die than a lot of others. I've heard you just get sort of warm and tired and fall asleep--though, I don't know, you don't look very tired. Maybe you'll just be awake for all of it. But hey! I'm lying, right? So I guess it doesn't matter."
