Diya and her team would all be aware of course; they wouldn't spread the information around beyond who needed to know, but that group also includes some of the medical team as well -- primarily the Chief Medical Officer, ghem-Colonel Naru. But since several of the other exotics are more obviously nonhuman, speculation abounds about the rest of them.

As for the other exotics, Diya or the CMO aren't going to announce or advertise any of the results to the group as a whole, so that's up to rumor and Deanna's discretion.
