But the basics would be is there particular symbolism to the colors / styles, as-in, is it more about aesthetics and having a theme, or are certain colors reserved for certain ranks/positions/etc? Basically she sort of wants to know the general rules, so if she were to try to do it on her own she could in theory avoid making a comical faux pas. XD
