SHE IS, oh man her canon is a BIT OF A TRIP, basically it's the same as real world history except, WAY BACK IN THE DAY King Arthur was real, and there were these things called the Purebloods and Halfbreeds who are werewolves that appeared and fucked up everyone's day. So when the Knights of the Round Table went out to find the holy grail, they actually came back with a thing called the Blackwater, which grants eternal life, and they have been fighting with the Lycans ever since.

Except now they've been doing it for centuries and are like 43924 years old and have become corrupt and have no idea that they are being used like the rest of the Empire by Vampires and Werewolves to INFECT ALL THE COLONIES of the British Empire. Which is where Lakshmi comes in, she's a Queen in India who has been fighting a one-woman war against the werewolves first in India in the Independence War of 1857. When she lost that one, she faked her death, took up the blackwater as well ( from this other knight idk COMPLICATED ), and went to England to start a rebellion there and has been a colossal pain in everyone's side SINCE THEN. Also she's the #1 cause of destruction to important english landmarks whoops.

basicaly tl;dr WEREWOLVES AND VAMPIRES ATE EVERYONE SHE LOVES and she really, really hates colonizing empires, AND SHE WILL FITE EVERYONE.
