CHARACTER INTRO: By Vorrutyer is a Vor, also known as "one of those righteous assholes who run this benighted world." Specifically, he's from the crazy inbred torturey murdery Vor family. By himself is not particularly torturey or murdery, though he is very inbred. He loves wine, gossip, rumors, sarcasm, wit, charm, high-powered chemical stimulants, and bisexuality. He also loves informing on anyone who says anything at any time, because in addition to being an A+ fun person to hang around with he's also a rat for the government. He does it, of course, for good reasons: under all those layers of shittiness, he genuinely wants to help humanity and make sure that the innocent don't suffer the slings and arrows of false accusations. And yet somehow that doesn't make him any more bearable.
