• DO YOU WANT TO BUILD A SNOWMAN. daryl fucking doesn't. he is from fucking georgia. that said, he is seriously considering defecting and living in the mountains rn. he has never survived in the wild in an area this cold before tho. if your character has, speak now or forever hold your hypothermia.
• A FRIEND IN NEED. daryl is critically weak to people who need help, especially if theyre women or children but just in general tbh. he will try to help anyone he sees, despite his generally surly exterior.

CR YOU CAN PROVIDE:

• MAN VS WILD. daryl is a consummate outdoorsman / survivalist / hunter / trapper / tracker weirdo. and not the weird prepper kind, i mean he has actually survived in the wilderness since before he was 12 years old. if your character needs to learn how to ~~survive and show a genuine willingness to learn and not be a TOTAL dick about it, daryl will probs help them out. hope you like tree rat
• PARTICIPATION TROPHY. daryl is a reclusive shithead who is only getting more reclusive. if your character is the bubbly sort who would try and drag this awkward weirdo out and talking to people, please. please do. please. just be warned, if your character gets too much on his nerves, he might snap at them. and then probably feel shitty about it and fail to apologize. js.

WELL Natasha was raised in Russia which semi-regularly included being abandoned in the snow and having to survive for weeks. So, you know, if he needs tips or advice on surviving in the stupid-fucking-cold, Nat can definitely help. It'll be just like the camping trips when she was a kid, except hopefully with less dying.

She could also maybe ping as someone that could use some help, if you think he'd pick up on and/or respond to people who are Having Trouble Adjusting.

And while she's not bubbly, she might try to encourage him to be slightly more social. Or at least impose her presence on him. If she was in higher spirits she might playfully harass him, but she's pretty much all maladjusted soldier atm.

Excellent. And yeah, I get that, but maybe she can at least teach him Some Things and it never hurts to have a good word in with the other camp ;)
