He definitely is planning on bailing from here when he can though but he's Wash and might be a bit cautious about exactly how the plan is and wants to find out more about Barrayar, like when he finds out about the level of tech ( or not-tech ) they have he'll probably be concerned with trying to make use of what the Cetas have as much as he can before he bails.
